4. Applicant will be required to provide a valid copy of drivers license, State ID or other US Govt ID.
5. Applicant must earn a gross monthly income of at least 2 times the rent.
6. Applicant must have a satisfactory credit background and/or provide satisfactory rental references.
7. Applicant must have satisfactory criminal background.
8. No smoking, MMJ or Vape to be used on the property.
9. There is no material misstatement of information on the rental application.
10. Any ESA recommendation must be from an approved medical provider.
11. Applications are processed in the order received. Application fee is $22 per adult.
12. Upon approval, the applicant must pay the security deposit and sign the lease.
